Shipping and Handling

Our standard handling policy is 5 business days and most orders are being shipped in that time frame, however, there are some molds with longer handling times, which are being manufactured specifically for you, and those have up to 15-30 business days of handling time before shipping. If you are unsure about the handling time for a particular mold, please contact us for more details.

We have tiered weight based shipping costs for economy delivery.

Delivery

All our molds are manufactured and located in Ukraine. Because of this, it may take up to 5-6 weeks to arrive to your location depending on proximity and other factors. Please take this into account before placing an order. Average delivery time is around 3-4 weeks for US, and 5-7 weeks for Australia and Canada.

Please note that plastisol delivery cannot be done via air mail, so shipping time of 4-6 weeks is to be expected.

Taxes and Import Fees

Any potential taxes or import fees in your country should be considered before purchasing. We cannot predict if the parcel will be inspected by customs office, moreover customs office has a right to decide what they think the price for the items in the parcel should be.
